Cancellation policy

As soon as you reserve until 48 hours before your flight, 50% of the amount of the contracted flight will be charged. With less than 48 hours of your flight, 100% of your reservation will be charged.

How long does the tour last?

The south tour last 8/9 mins. 

Is there a weight restriction?

If you weigh more than 110 kilos then, you would need to reserve 1.5 tickets due to the distribution in the helicopter. Contact us if this is the case and we can adjust the booking for you. 

If I cancel can I get a refund?

From after you book until 48 hours you would be entitled to 50%, this is because the helicopter must reserve and pay for your flight. After 48 hours no refund would be given. 

How many people will be in the helicopter?

Depending on the helicopter it will either be 3 or 4 seats, the passengers will be distributed depending on the availability of the seats. Itineraries can vary depending on the weather. 

What should I wear?

The outside temperature can vary in the helicopter so wear comfortable clothes and bring a jumper or light jacket incase it gets cold

How are the seats assigned in the helicopter?

Unless it's a private flight, the flights will be shared with other couples or families. Whenever possible the crew do their best to make sure you are all sat together. Visibility is excellent on these helicopters as all seats have direct access to the window. The seat distribution also depends on the weight of the flight. 

Do I need to take my passport or identification?

Yes you must take either your passport/DNI/NIE for your flight.
