    • Cancellations more than 48 hours before the start of the activity will receive a 50% refund
    • Cancellations less than 48 hours before the start of the activity will not be refunded
    • In the event of bad weather, the route may be modified but you will still get the full minutes and kilometers covered
    • You will be refunded if the trip is cancelled due to adverse weather or force majeure
    • You must take photo ID with you
    • If you weigh more than 110 kilograms you will need to book 1.5 seats

    • How long does the tour last?

      The beaches and ravines tour lasts 12/15 minutes.

    • Is there a weight restriction?

      If you weigh more than 110 kilos then, you would need to reserve 1.5 tickets due to the distribution in the helicopter. Contact us if this is the case and we can adjust the booking for you. 

    • If I cancel can I get a refund?

      From after you book until 48 hours you would be entitled to 50%, this is because the helicopter must reserve and pay for your flight. After 48 hours no refund would be given. 

    • How many people will be in the helicopter?

      Depending on the helicopter it will either be 3 or 4 seats, the passengers will be distributed depending on the availability of the seats. Itineraries can vary depending on the weather. 

    • What should I wear?

      The outside temperature can vary in the helicopter so wear comfortable clothes and bring a jumper or light jacket incase it gets cold

    • How are the seats assigned in the helicopter?

      Unless it's a private flight, the flights will be shared with other couples or families. Whenever possible the crew do their best to make sure you are all sat together. Visibility is excellent on these helicopters as all seats have direct access to the window. The seat distribution also depends on the weight of the flight. 

    • Do I need to take my passport or identification?

      Yes you must take either your passport/DNI/NIE for your flight. 

    • Is transport included?

      No you need to make your own way to helidream. its located 7 minutes away from Costa Adeje
