Starters

• Creamy vegetable soup with a crusty roll
• Prawn cocktail
• Homemade chicken liver pate with melba toast and cranberry sauce on a bed of salad

Main Course

• Choice of either turkey or beef served with creamy mash, roast potatoes, winter veg, roasted parsnips & carrots, pigs in blankets, stuffing, yorkshire pudding with gravy and cranberry sauce.
• Fresh salmon fillet served on a bed of salad with lemon butter drizzle, fondant potatoes and a dill sauce on the side (this dish must be pre-ordered)
• Vegetarian chestnut spinach & blue cheese en croute, flaky butter pastry packed with festive flavours like nutmeg, cloves, chestnuts and blue cheese, served with all the trimmings of a traditional Christmas dinner with vegetarian gravy
