No more masks outside

Next week, on Tuesday 8th of February the council of ministers are expected to eliminate the mandatory use of masks outside.

This should have almost immediate effect once it is published in the BOC.

Since December, mask-wearing outdoors has been mandatory in Tenerife as an attempt to tackle the spread of the Omicron variant and has always been a temporary measure.

This should hopefully mean that when you are out walking you will no longer need to have your mask on.

Masks indoors are still necessary.
